It helps one to explore the deep cavities of who they are and connect with those guiding them. When one is new to meditation, it may not feel like you're doing it 'right!' You have trouble quieting your mind and staying on task! That's only part of the meditation journey.
How can meditation help? Meditation helps you to truly discover yourself and what drives you. It can promote relaxation as well as be an aid in self regulation. Following a meditation session you will feel relaxed with increase awareness of self and feeling centered.

Introduction to Meditation: One-on-One Support Get one on one support to quiet the mind and become comfortable with meditation. In addition, we will establish a meditation practice specifically for you that you can use continuously. This service is conducted over the span of three, one-hour sessions. Each session includes a guided meditation and problem solving during the session. Introduction to Meditation: $250
Meditation 4-Hour Intensive: Four hours of one-on-one meditation support Looking to get an Introduction to meditation but you don't want to do it over the span of three sessions. This option is for you. Get an intense dive into meditation, its practice, and its history over the span of four hours. We will work out any kinks, help push through the 'monkey brain,' and develop a solid meditation practice that you can use anywhere you go. Meditation Intensive Cost: $475
